Who we are
The Hero Church is an entheogenic sanctuary: a community-based church whose members receive sacred mushroom chocolate and gummies as sacraments.
A sanctuary for every faith
Hero Church is omni-denominational. You do not have to leave your own tradition to join ours, and you do not have to adopt a creed. Believe what you believe.
The sacrament is secondary. What comes first is how a member lives before, during and after it: with preparation, reverence and care for the people around them.

Our mission as a collective is to offer sacraments of the highest quality and a consistent experience, and to inspire conscious community.
The philosophy behind being your own hero is to give each member the catalyst and the opportunity to find joy, create meaning and walk their own path.
How the church operates
Hero Church is a private membership church. Sacraments are shared only with members in good standing: people 21 or older who have signed the membership agreement and confirmed their age with a photo ID.
A member sends a sacrament request and makes a voluntary donation. Our fulfillment ministry checks the request against the member’s record, prepares it with care and ships it in plain, discreet packaging. Member records and requests are kept confidential and seen only by the people who fulfill them.
What goes into the sacrament
We use organic ingredients, from the cacao to the sugar. Our cacao and cacao butter are wild-harvested in the Andes from trees that average about 70 years old, grown in the jungle rather than on a plantation. Our mushrooms are fruiting body, dehydrated and stone-ground to 20 microns at our cGMP facility, and we work with a handful of cultivators who grow them for our sacraments.
